Need to scan in documents or your favorite photos to share or save for later? Come into any Office Depot® store and scan your files using our Self-Service Printer. Scan to Email, Cloud or USB.

You can expect to pay $0.50 per page to scan papers at Staples. That said, pricing may vary by Staples store, size of the documents, or volume, so be sure to check with your local Staples for pricing details specific to your needs.

Save the scanned document to your computer. Open your Gmail account with your web browser or email application. Click the Compose button to create a new email. Click the Attach button (the paperclip) and select the scanned document from your computer or mobile.

Pricing varies by FedEx store, but typically, you can expect scanning prices to approximate the following: Smaller documents: Papers with standard dimensions will cost around $0.49 per page to scan. Documents spanning 3 square feet or less: You can expect to pay approximately $5.99 to scan larger documents.
