Goku returns to the future to settle things with Black, and realizing the only way to match black is by using the Kaio-ken, Goku powers up to ssj blue and uses Kaio-kenX10 to fight Black, and powers up successfully. The fight begins from there.

Rules

• In character (Goku is fighting seriously however)
• No prep
• Win by any means
• Standard Gear
• For now assume Black cannot copy Goku's Kaio-ken (even though he probably can)

Black seemed to be an even match for regular base Goku

@jashro44: Goku curbstomps.He was pretty even with Black in SSJB(he was on the losing side though).At x10 he should one-shot.But DBS power scale is terrible sooooo .....

Hmm,he was willing to use kaio ken during a casual tournament but didn't bother during a fight which could have ended his life.Although I have to admit Black wasn't much above Ssb as I previously thought.

At regular powerscaling. KKx10 Should give Goku the win.

After the last episode I don't know anymore. The powerscaling is too wrong to me stay sane.

Does black get his Rose form?

You have to keep in mind Goku can't keep this form up forever where as Black seems to be capable of taking a lot of punishment. I figured Black could have a shot at out lasting goku. Plus Black might have been toying with Goku. Base black was taking hits from Vegeta with a smile and also seemed to be dishing out damage of his own before he powered up.

Probably because it messed up his ki last time he used it and Goku probably thought he had a shot without it.

Assuming this, goku has to finish black within a couple minutes orelse after his x10 boost from KK will go away and he'll be left defenseless.

Theres no guarantee it would work and its not like Black would be honorable like Hit and just stand there.

Black can tank SSJB in Base, i see him easily holding out for Kaio-ken

We still need to get confirmation on the "This pain will only make me stronger" stated by Black Goku. I wonder if he is referring to the zenkai boost from being in a saiyan body or some other ability he has. It seems like he instantly became stronger after taking a beating from vegeta.

I don't see how KKx10 SSB Goku would do anything, but make Black stronger.

Assuming Goku can hold the SSB-Kaiokenx10 form indefinitely, I get the feeling he'd take this. Super Saiyan Rose might be stronger than Super Saiyan Blue, but if nothing else, Goku was at least able to hold Black off/keep him busy. Increasing his power tenfold should give him the victory here, unless Black tanks every blow and grows stronger.

Black seems to be above SSB Goku. Then again so did Zamasu. People in Super apparently have a lot of massive strength boost. Just one power up shouldn't be able to match Goku in SSB form, iirc Goku didn't even go SS3 against Black the first time around. Still Black didn't seem 10x superior than Goku, so SSB 10x KK Goku wins imo.

Bump. Siding with Black in a good fight.

Against X20 Kaioken Blue Goku it will be very close and can go either way.
